Goal:

design and building of pickling- and passivation line for Stainless Steel vessel and Carbon Steel boilers (800 pcs a day ) inclusive the waterhousekeeping and waste water treatment in closed circuit.


Design & delivery:

  • - Horizontal line, inclusive cascade baths, 8 PP baths with a volume of 3500 ltr inclusive automatic transport-system of the racks

  • - Vacudest installation to evaporate and condensate the rinse water. The destillate can be used as rinse-water or feeding water of the demin-installation.

Building Plastics Nokere




Goal:

design and building of a treatmentsystem to achieve the optimale rinse-quality for the rinse-baths and demin-rinsebaths in a chrome-free pretreatment line for alu-profiles.


Design & delivery:

  • - Vacudistillation (H2O (R) ) with a treatmentcapacity of 750 m³ pro year.

  • - The distillate of the Vacdest can be re-used as rinse-water after the acid-degreasingbath

  • - The rinse-water before and after the chrome-free passivation will be recirculate by a mobile demin-unit (MDU) (2 m³/hr – 11 000 m³/year) to achive 20 µS/cm in the rinse baths.

  • - By saturation of the MDU this will be regenerated by a specialised company.

  • - By using the combination of Vacudest and MDU the customer achieve a yearly reduction of waste disposal of 11 750 m³/year, only 20 m³ residu of the Vacudest needs to be treated by external company.

Goal:
